You might want to know what Performance Sales is all about.  Listed below is what the job duties consist of:

• Need help setting up the sales tables at both studios and at Eastman.
• Need help transporting inventory to Eastman from the dance studios and vise versa after the last show.
• Need volunteers to work the performance sales table during all four shows:
  • You must arrive 30 minutes before the show begins
  • When its time for your child to dance you may step inside to theater’s door to watch, but as soon as he/she is done dancing you must go back to the sales table.
  • The sales table closes after everyone has left the theater and the table has been secured.
  • Make sure that the money box is secured the whole time.
  • Keeping the merchandise stocked up and shirts folded.
  • We don’t take credit cards, just money and checks.
  • On Saturday night we will need extra help taking inventory and packing it up and taking it back to the studio.
