You might want to know what Backstage Chaperones is all about. Listed below is what the job duties consist of:

• Need to arrive 30 minutes before the show
• You will be assigned a group or groups. (i.e.: candy canes and lollipops)
• Make sure that the dancers are quite backstage; their little voices do carry up the steps and out into the audience.
• Make sure that neither FOOD nor DRINKS are backstage.
• No markers, pens or crayons are to be backstage.
• If they have an electronic device with them make sure it has their name on it and that the volume stays off.  They need to keep in their bag while they are on stage dancing. Please don’t let them keep it laying out somewhere
• Need to make sure that costumes are pined right and that hair and hair pieces are done right.
• Taking the little ones to the bathroom and make sure that they don’t get anything on their costumes.
• After the Saturday night show we will need extra volunteers to help collect costumes and head pieces. Please take out all safety pins before putting them in the bags.
• We need some extra volunteers to help wash costumes and bring them back to the studio within one week.
