Each year
Intercity participates in Kingsport’s Christmas Parade, held downtown. In previous years, The Nutcracker portion has been the largest section in the
parade! The dancers, their families, and the community all enjoy our
participation.
2006
Parade
This year the annual Christmas parade will be held on November 18th
2006, downtown. All siblings and parents are
invited to ride the big truck, but must wear a Nutcracker T-shirt of some
kind and jeans; the only ones wearing costumes in the parade are the senior dancers.
Those over 12 years old may pass out (not throw) candy.
Dancers must meet at 1:30pm on Cherokee Street,
between Market & Main.
Immediately following the parade, all children must be picked up as soon as
we reach Market & Wexler St, no exceptions. |
