Memo to Senior Citizen Groups & Adult Day Care Providers:
Re: Notification of Day Performances of the Nutcracker 2006

Please refer to the information provided for teachers for what we call the "school performances" of the Nutcracker Ballet. Each year we invite area school children to attend special performances during school hours in an effort to promote the art of dance. We would also like to extend an invitation to area Senior Citizen groups, Adult Day Care Providers and Special Needs Groups. The information contained within the attached sheets will be the same for all groups. We are aware that field trips are planned very early in year for most groups. Thus, we felt this information should be distributed as soon as possible. We anticipate both shows to be sold out, as has been the case in previous years. Thus, if you are interested in bringing a group, please make your reservation as soon as possible to assure that space is available. Please be aware that the day performances are attended primarily by younger and school aged children...therefore the audience is a bit different than our public performances. However, in years past our senior groups who have attended the "school"/day performances have enjoyed watching the children, as much as seeing the ballet performance.
